People First Membership is Free, and there are only 3 requirements:

 

  1. You Must be a Resident of St. Louis City or St. Louis County.

  2. You Must be at Least 18 Years of Age.

  3. You Must Have a Developmental Disability.

 

Any person meeting these 3 requirements can join People First. Examples of developmental disabilities include but are not limited to intellectual or cognitive disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, head injuries, Down's syndrome, various learning disabilities, or any mental or physical impairment which occurs before the age of 22.
